Guardian of the Gateways
See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil!
A wise old saying that we have heard through our lifetimes. However, these guidelines are directly linked with our inherent nature. The very same nature that caused Adam and Eve to sin against God's word in the garden.
Genesis 3:6
And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
She SAW, she THOUGHT, she DESIRED; in essence three of her five senses were instrumental in their downfall.
1 John 2:16
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
We are now living in the generation upon whom the ends of the world ARE come! It is imperative that we as the Church (Body of Christ) gain control of these gateways of destruction.
1 Corinthians 3:16
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
Let us join together in commitment as Guardians of the Gateways (Sight, Sound, Taste), to guard this temple that God has entrusted to us.
